Before shipping your product please create a SHOOT LIST for the products in your order with their item number and/or product name. Click here for the shoot list form.

Try to send products without dents, scratches, rust, stains, creases or stickers.
When packing, cushion the products properly. If we notice a product has been damaged when it arrives, we will contact you before we proceed. You may send a replacement before we do the shoot.
When your photography is complete and we know you are happy with your images, we will send your products back.
We always try to use the same packaging when returning products.
The quickest way for us to return your product photography items is to include a return-shipping label with your shipment.
You may also provide us with your shipping account number when we prepare the items for return.
