How To Download Your Product Photos

Smart Product Shots is a professional ecommerce photo studio. One of our most popular features of our photography service is the password protected online library for our clients’ product images.

Each client is assigned a unique username and password. Clients can access their images for up to two months after product photos have been finalized and uploaded.

New clients receive their username and password when their first project has been completed.

Existing clients retain the same username and password and are sent a login reminder in an email notifying them that their images have been uploaded and are ready to download.

Each project is given its own folder and the folder name is designated in the notification email.

It is an easy, organized, and hassle-free process!

To access the online library:

1. Go to SmartProductShots.com

2. Find Client Login at top right corner of page

3. Enter Username and Password - please contact us if you do not have a username/password or have forgotten it

4. Click on the project folder

5. View and download your product photos. Images can be downloaded as the complete folder or individually.

6. Log out
